RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Easy Exchanges & Returns

At Kalvantis, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.


Products Eligible for Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The return or exchange request is raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product is free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.


Products Not Eligible for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been washed, worn, or used.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The request is raised after 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product has been customized or embroidered.

  • Scrub sets (top and bottom) with embroidery are ordered. If either the top or bottom is embroidered, the complete set becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Scrub caps, accessories, clearance items, or final sale products.


Exchange Policy

One Free Size Exchange

If you have ordered the wrong size:

  • Kalvantis offers one free size exchange per order.

  • The exchanged product must meet all eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Additional Exchanges

  • Any second or subsequent exchange request for the same order will be charged ₹300 per exchange.

  • The ₹300 charge covers reverse logistics, quality inspection, and re-shipping costs.

Multiple Product Exchanges

For multiple products in the same order, Kalvantis reserves the right to charge ₹300 per scrub set, lab coat, or individual product for additional exchange requests beyond the first free exchange.

Sale Orders

  • Products purchased during sale, promotional events, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns are not eligible for returns.

  • Exchanges for sale items may be accepted only for non-embroidered products and subject to stock availability.


Exchange Process

  1. Submit an exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

  2. Our courier partner will attempt a pickup from your address.

  3. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed.

  4. The exchanged item will be shipped to you at the earliest available opportunity.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service. Warehouse details will be shared upon request.


Return Process

  1. Submit a return request within 5 days of delivery.

  2. After approval, the product will be picked up or self-shipped to our warehouse.

  3. Once received and approved through quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Products that fail the quality inspection may be returned to the customer.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and exchange fees are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Upon verification, Kalvantis will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Self-Shipping Policy

If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location:

  • You may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

  • Warehouse details will be provided upon request.

  • Kalvantis is not responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping.

  • Customers are advised to use reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
